Client Portal

Each client is assigned their own account in the Client Portal. Clients can easily update their contact information in the portal, order Hearing Dog Supplies, access training videos, and find answers to commonly asked questions on ADA laws and other information. The Client Portal also serves as an online channel for submitting reports, uploading any documents such as vet assessments or videos, completing the certification application, and maintaining ongoing certification documents.
